Phlebotomy Training Specialists in downtown Chicago has a phlebotomy training course for anyone 18 years or older and have completed high school or its equivalent. No prior experience in phlebotomy is required to enroll.

The cost of the program is $1,225, the program lasts a total of 48 hours, and has three class structure options:

Class Structure

The program consists of 48 hours of in-class didactic phlebotomy training. It concludes with a national exam, which is proctored at their facility on the last day of the class. The course is available in three different schedules to accommodate various needs: Day, Evening, and Weekend classes.

Day Courses

Occur on Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Start dates include February 5, March 4, and April 1, 2024.

Evening Courses

Held on Monday to Thursday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Start dates are the same as the Day Courses.

Weekend Courses

Conducted on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Start dates include March 2 and April 20, 2024.

The total cost of the program is $1,225, which includes a $200 deposit, $760 class tuition, $150 for books, supplies, and equipment, and a $115 national exam fee.

Flexible Payment Plan

Phlebotomy Training Specialists offer flexible payment options. Only the deposit is required to register and reserve a seat. Full tuition and payments are due by the midpoint of the class. Pre-payment is possible for those registering up to 3 months in advance. While they don’t accept government funds due to being a private school, they do accept vouchers from third-party payers.
